Again – thank you for your help – it’s great to know that the transport is going to turn up with pleasant drivers and that the ride quality will be good (some of the other group leaders sometimes go for cheaper travel so we’ve been subjected to drivers going miles out of our way locally in unventilated uncomfortable coaches, poor driving coupled with the making of telephone calls while on the move) so I do appreciate your standards."

The feed back from them has been so positive and complimentary, the hotel, well you could not just find a fault with it, the staff, food, rooms and the view…………everything………… and nobody could have ordered the weather we had.
